Expedient Movers

Negligent movers, bad prep, unskilled, no communication. They don't take responsibility. for anything broken. Their insurance claims are a joke, and beyond criminal. They'll pay you 60 cents per pound for any damages. So my 5k in furniture that's now damaged is worth a $20 payout. Disgraceful. BBB has them a 1/5 stars. Stay clear, and take your business elsewhere!

Scheduled a move with this company and they communicated with me before the day of the move with no problems. Even sent a confirmation email. The day of the move, it was getting late and they had not shown up yet. We called and they said they would give us an ETA. After an hour, they ignored all our calls. Never showed up and now I'm stuck looking for a new company.

I had an excellent experience using this company. They answered the phone right away, scheduled me for the next day, the 2 guys came when they were supposed to, they were super fast and careful loading my stuff, and had an excellent attitude. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to others. The 2 guys I had were Luis and Jaylen. Thank you guys for doing a great job and having such an awesome attitude!!! You made my move so much easier!

They are expedient but damage property in the process. Facebook or Google ANYONE but them. I regret not reading reviews before booking them. Instead I listened to a coworkers recommendation. Im still waiting on the Claims Department response. Trash
