About six months after my wife and I, who live in California, contacted Mr. Yamazaki because we wanted to buy a house in the Tampa Bay area, we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase the property of our dreams in the increasingly heated real estate market. . We narrowed down the area with a custom search that reflected our wishes in detail, and it was great that even though we were in California, we were able to see around the property and inside several houses over FaceTime during the open house. . Also, the professional evaluation of the property after each open house was very helpful. As a result, we were able to purchase the property in just three visits, from our first visit to Florida for a preview to receiving the keys to the house. He was always our eyes and feet, and was a very reliable ally for us, as we lived in another state and had no familiarity with the area. Thank you very much.

Ms Yukiko did a wonderful job helping us purchase and sell our home. She is incredibly professional, methodical, and genuinely cares about your needs for finding your dream home. If it wasnt for Yukiko, we would have not found our ideal home. She introduced us to a home that was not on the list of showings that we chose in advance, but was able to listen to our needs and wants and after her recommendation, we were successful in purchasing our dream home. Five Stars Plus! Weve used Yukiko Yamazaki for 2 transactions (locating a rental and then a home purchase), and found her to be a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and caring realtor. She unfailingly returned texts, emails and phone calls almost immediately, and was always on time for appointments. She showed a true concern for our interests and worked hard to find us the best property at the best price. In fact, she gently steered us away from one property on which we were considering making an offer, even though it was priced much higher than the one we eventually decided on despite the fact that doing so was not in her own best financial interests.
