As a first time home buyer moving to Florida with my 83 year old mother, the process was quite stressful. Paul patiently guided us through the whole process and was even kind enough to pick us up and take us home when we went to look at properties. His calm and confident approach to resolving the complications that came up was helpful and reassuring. He was attentive, organized, knowledgeable, friendly and readily available. (When I first contacted him he was away on vacation but started the ball rolling right away.) Paul helped us find a house within the time span that we gave him.
