Gateway Subs

FANTASTIC! Stopped in last Tuesday for dinner and it did not disappoint! Ordered a tuna sub with chips and a cookie. It was SO GOOD!!!! The customer service at this location was fantastic. I look forward to my next trip in!

The Hail Caesar and ranch rider are always a bangers. The only sub spot who can beat pub subs yeah I said it. We accidentally ordered at the wrong store. 100% our fault, but Eric went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we still got subs and cancel the other order. 10/10 customer service. This is why we love Gateway and will continue to come here weekly.

Updated: have upped my review to 5 stars. No longer having crazy wait times but started just going in to order vs using online order. Used Uber Eats twice recently though and had no issues. Their subs are the best in town by far! - - - - - - - Subs are really good, but the online ordering process is terrible. If you call to order, they tend not to answer. You can order online via Uber Eats, and it tells you immediately that your order is ready. Twice now weve waited in the store for over 25 minutes for a few cold subs we were told were ready. Very disorganized in the store. Will definitely update to 5 stars when this is fixed because the subs are truly great.
