We were in a tricky situation. Our house flooded along with 40% of Shore Acres and we decided it was time to move. Trying to sell a flooded house along with the rest of Shore Acres was going to be next to impossible. We needed a buyer interested in the land which really limits the potential market. Denise listed it on a Friday and by Monday already found a buyer willing to pay 95% of our asking price with the house as is. This was nothing short of a miracle and a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Denises experience, expertise, expansive network and marketing outreach is what got our property sold. We are now enjoying our new home high and dry in Safety Harbor which Denise also successfully negotiated for us. I would highly recommend Denise and her team.
