As someone who ships a great deal, I have given this business several chances and every time I walk out disappointed. Today was the last time I walk into that place hoping for anything other than attitude and a healthy dose of the word 'No.'. Asked today, for security concerns, that my return address be withheld. The answer was No, but if I shipped through Fedex or UPS, it WAS possible but not the USPS. Spoiler alert: I went to the USPS and it was no problem. For a business that has been here for decades, they STILL don't know how to treat a customer. UPDATE: Received a great excuse from the "owner". The biggest problem with you is YOUR ATTITUDE. Next time, just say "I'm sorry.". Shameful.

Extremely rude short and unprofessional. Its not hard to be a decent person especially when youre in a place that carries out services to others but this place doesnt make the customer a priority.

The staff at 2850 Pack and Ship are super kind and efficient. Their convenient, quick service is stellar - I use them for any/all kinds of mailing and shipping. I have been going to this Authorized Post Office Shipper for years - and will continue to do so. Also - I greatly appreciate that (at least up til now - Feb '22) they require masks - and offer free ones to those who don't have one handy. It's not a huge place, so masks help protect people like me. (Thank you). Highly recommend!

Despite any other reviews or comments... Always friendly and fast service. I have payed my bills there for 20 yrs. I did find a place to pay my bill with no fee. I'd rather go to the Gift Shelf. They get me in and out quicker! Thanks ladies.
