If there was a -10 that's what I would have scored them. The manager Carrie and the staff that Craig employed are a joke. They are not transparent, they do not call back as promised. I had reached out to Kilroy's insurance agency from the first week in December regarding my auto insurance, up until today 12/29/23 @ 4:00 pm when I made my call and Teresa picked up after waiting for Carrie to return my call as she promised. After a few attempts, I decided that I wanted to speak with a manager, and she put me on hold. After a few minutes, she is back and says the manager is Carrie and she is either on lunch break, stepping away from her desk, or on the phone. She never called me back because it was the last day of the week and the year. When you have to do business with those people who have no customer service skills. You are in the wrong business. Graig Kilroy, you need to let those people in your office in St Petersburg, Florida do better or they will let your business go down. No Bueno! I hope they will do better in 2024

If I could leave zero stars I would. Since August, I have been trying to work with Chelsie to get my rate lowered. She does not return phone calls, or emails. She finally sent me new quotes. I emailed her twice to tell her which one I chose. She told me I needed a new inspection and a wind- mitigation report even though I just had those done 3 years ago. I promptly paid for and received the reports and sent them to Chelsie. She never responded. I had to track her down to tell her to go ahead with the new quote. Now it is November, I still don't have insurance on my home. I tried going with another agent who told me I would have to pay a 10% penalty because I haven't had insurance over the past 30 days (because I was waiting on Chelsie) PLUS, I cannot get insurance for a least another 30 days due to the same fact. This person, Chelsie, is the most incompetent, lazy person, with absolutely no familiarity with the term "customer service." I have another home insured with the same agency, which I will be pulling out. I will never do business with Kilroy Financial again, and I will spread the word.
