        I've not been able to get a hold of my "agent" for months now. I've called, emailed, and even used LinkedIn directly. NOTHING. I never had an issue in the past, but the recent switch of my car insurance policy was an absolute disaster. I NEVER chose this company either. It was simply given to me with my mortgage. I've been wanting to leave a review for a time now but wanted to give this company time to make things right. They have not.
