Purchased left and right Evoke 220 F2 on March 13, 2019, after receiving in the mail a card about your product Widex and the offer free hearing aids for federal retirees, which I am. Well my insurance BCBS paid $2500 and Im paying $2569, nothing about federal retiree. I have averaged once a week having to go into office for adjustments. On June 19, 2019 I went in to pick up my aids as they had been sent I
To the Manufacture. Within TEN minutes it quit working, I was so upset i eventually had to go to the doctor because of the stress I was going thru.
On July 22, 2019 I took the entire package of the products into the office and told Patricia I was returning g the product as it never worked properly.
I have heard nothing further.

I came here with a severe profound hearing loss, most places would just sell you a hearing aid and thats it. They match your hearing test and say ok your all set, but they never work: my hearing loss is too profound. Aaron Shaw took the time to work with me, even though I was his first with hearing this bad, he did not give up. We tried several hearing aids, several ear molds to control the feedback. The end result, I finally have a hearing aid, that allows me to talk normal and not shout anymore. I can watch tv without my wife asking me to turn it down. Nothing can cure my hearing loss, but this hearing aid certainly helps make it more bearable. To top that off, he even works with you to help you find a way to afford it.
Aaron is a fine example of how hearing aid specialist should be, and used to be in the old days. Florida Medical Hearing center is the best place to go for your hearing needs; and I dont plan on going anywhere else !

I have been wearing my Widex 440 with a comdex for 6 months and I could not live without them ever again. The technical expertise and dedication that Aaron Shaw provided me was outstanding and was the main reason why I'm so satisfied. I give reviews very rarely but had to do it this time. I would highly recommend to anyone needing aids to fur sure go see Aaron at the Pasadena clinic, you will not be disappointed.
This was the third attempt over the last 5 years to test drive hearing aids and needless to say I came in rather skeptical but now I know what it is to be well fitted with the right aids. Frank St Petersburg

Couldn't be more satisfied with the service and care I got from Aaron Shaw. He is knowledgeable. resourceful and takes time to make sure that I'm completely satisfied with my new hearing aids. Would highly recommend him.
