I wanted to say how much i have appreciated Michael Monaco's help in getting started on Medicare. He is a down-to-earth guy, explains the multitude of things involved in Medicare options, is very patient and communicative in answering any questions, and is always willing to help and make sure you're comfortable with whatever options you decide on. Great customer service--pretty hard to find these days!--so i would highly recommend anyone needing to venture into the Medicare maze to contact him to get started. He makes a sometimes overwhelming process much easier to understand and deal with:-)
