        Carli is my favorite stylist at the salon. She makes my hair look so great and does an excellent job , shes a professional. I will book with her every time .

        All of the girls are over priced for their ability - I have very fine hair to my shoulders and am consistently charged the same price as my friend who has thick hair down her back. On top of unprofessional attitudes, specifically kayleah on the unprofessionalism. Confirmed my appointment and when I questioned the pricing, she provided a short response and immediately canceled my appointment 12 hrs before my 9am appointment with no conversation about canceling. Also leaving no time to reschedule elsewhere. The services arent bad, but Ive never left completely happy or with what I asked for.

      Hi Amber! As the owner of Saturn Salons, I am sorry that your experience with us has not been consistent with our many other happy clients and positive, 5-star reviews. As we are all independent stylists, our prices do vary and all fall equally in-line with the local industry rate. We are all very passionate stylists and making our clients feel welcome, beautiful and loved is something we all take pride in! In running our own small businesses, as we each do, every stylist must use their own discretion to decide whether or not a client is the right fit for them, just as you decide which stylist is best for you. Seeing that you have tried multiple stylists at Saturn and have never been happy, it is apparent that our core values don't align. We wish you the best on your journey for a new salon and stylist!
