10/10 experience so far working with Ryan in service. Someone give this man a big raise! Thorough, efficient and knowledgeable is an understatement. World of difference compared to my experience with the service department at Courtesy Genesis in Tampa where I bought my vehicle. That says a lot given many dealers lack of care for owners that did not purchase from their store.

Excellent experience. Transitioned to Genesis after owning Acura products for several years. Purchased GV70 sports prestige vehicle. Everyone we met was extremely personable and knowledgeable. They were responsive and supportive. They really made it a pleasant, if not fun experience from the start and we genuinely felt there authenticity and desire to craft an ongoing positive relationship. Particular shout outs to Leonardo De Moraalis, Timothy Lavoie, Brian Dudley, and the general manager, Justin Callahan. Highly recommend stopping in and talking with the team!
