I started searching for an interior decorator for our condo in Florida. I found Annabelles online and called. Courtney was the very friendly person on the other end. She has been a god sent to us, from helping us pick what would look great, showed up for our furniture delivery when we werent there and her eye for color is awesome!!! Anyone would be so lucky to work with her!!!!!!

I spent close to 15k here. I have been trying to solicit a return for this $900 rug that is coming a part. I have called, I have emailed, I am being ignored. I will not be spending any more money here. Everytime you use a vacuum on it the carpet shreds on the ends.

This review is for the Odessa, FL location. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would do so. This establishment is low on customer relations. I purchased a bookcase/Etagere in Late December 2021. Paid in full and was told delivery is 6 to 8 weeks. Since I was moving into a new home in March 2022 that was ok. I stated to merchant “what if item arrived earlier and was told it would be held. I offered to purchase the floor sample and was told they are not for sale. Do not expect to receive updates from this establishment. I initiated a call in May 2022 after having moved into our new home. Merchant stated that manufacturer is behind schedule and delivery is pushed to mid July. Again no follow up on their part. I called 1st week in July and was given a new date of September 2022, almost 10 months from date of purchase. They stated manufacturer did not have all the parts. Why was this not stated in May 2022. I again offered to take the floor model and was told it was sold. I’m now getting a sense of discrimination. I requested to cancel my order and they refused, of course they were paid in full. I am now going to seek legal remedy. No customer service, no we will fix your problem. Just a bunch of lies and innuendo. Do not trust this merchant. Definitely do not pay them in full in advance. Their loss because I ultimately ended up furnishing my entire home with furniture from Haverty’s. If you enjoy being treated like you do not matter and enjoy frustration, if you are a minority or person of color, do not shop Annabelle’s Fine Furniture, stay far away and give a better community serving merchant your business.
