Connie and her team have an eye for tasteful, modern outdoor furniture and furnishings at a terrific price point. They are the gold standard for customer service - we had several delays in the completion of our outdoor terrace and Connie could not have been more gracious about delivering our furniture on our timetable.

We searched all over Pinellas County and portions of surrounding counties for outdoor furniture for our home.  Nearing the end of any more stores to visit and becoming frustrated that we would not find what we were looking for, we came upon Park Outdoor Furnishings and as the saying goes, it made all the difference!The store is a bit hidden, or out of the way, on Park Street North but definitely worth the trip.  By the way, they have plenty of parking behind the store which is partly why you don't necessarily notice them.Park Outdoor Furnishings has a very nice selection of items in their showroom and Connie Park was very helpful and willing to provide us with catalogs to look at; paint samples to consider; and fabrics to review.  Connie is a no pressure sales person committed to your satisfaction as a customer.We ended up ordering two balcony height tables; six rocker/swivel balcony height chairs; and two balcony stools.  Over $13K worth of furniture.  All in a specific color we chose with a delightful fabric.  We knew that this was a special order and that it would take awhile to receive it, but it was exactly what we were looking for.Even before placing the order, Connie was talking to the manufacturer to confirm availability of our selections, etc.  We placed the order, and Connie stayed in touch with the manufacturer and with us as it was manufactured and delivered.  It took somewhat longer than any of us had expected, but then again this was during the great supply chain crunch of 2021.  Connie did a great job of keeping us informed.Well, the furniture has now arrived, with great delivery service.  It looks absolutely wonderful and exceeds our expectations.  We are delighted with our overall experience with Park Outdoor Furnishings and will go there first when we are next in need of items.We wholeheartedly recommend Park Outdoor Furnishings.
