This company does not care about the job that they do. this company does not care that people are still living in the units that they are working on. They will do things to your place as in taking out the windows without letting anyone know and then we'll go on break or lunch and leave your window on the floor outside. When you try to talk to them about what is going on they have nothing but sarcastic comments they are very unprofessional and I wish that my HOA would get a different company to do the work. Never recommend this company they shouldn't even be in business

Company as can be seen from the BBB complaint the company does not take responsibility for anything. No itemized billing. Refuses to give documentation to show the contractors have been paid for their work. Here is a great word for them....CROOK. So after reading the owners response and yes just as the recent condo owner from St. Pete (review from last year) the trinicon in St. Pete business is a crook. Don't know who they think I am or that they have the power to try and silence my review but yes I was a customer. I did not file a complaint with the BBB, was referencing someone else's complaint that I read online that had the same issues as I did. Trinicon has NO integrity, they try to bully people and get money from the insurance company for work not performed. NOTHING I posted was inaccurate because I was a customer. TRUTH is always painful.
