My wife and I were in the process of buying a lot that we needed to complete a closing within 30-days. The lot did not have any geotechnical tests been done prior to, and therefore we were under a lot of pressure to accomplish that in time. We hired Universal Engineering Sciences (Saint Petersburg, FL branch) and worked directly with Trey Pippin. What a fabulous experience! He was very responsive, genuinely knowledgeable, and had accommodated us with every need we had. We eventually had to have 2-different tests, he participated in multiple calls with us, with our contractor and architect, personally inspected the site, and made everything possible to accomplish all within a very tight deadline. We highly and warmly recommend the services of Universal Engineering Sciences.
