Insanely expensive the same stuff they sell at Walmart or target for 10 bucks they're charging $50 I went in looking for a duvet cover and was extremely offended how "beyond" my price range this place is $150 for a plain Jane duvet cove r!?! No thank you ! I did find some really nice bathroom rugs on the clearance rack for $6 that was a total steal

They don't even rate 1 star. The worst customer service at the corporate level!! I phoned them 4 times to try and get an update on an order that I was supposed to receive tomorrow but it has not even shipped yet. I asked them to contact the vendor and they said I had to wait until the scheduled delivery date passed! I asked them for the vendor phone number and they provided me with an incorrect phone number for the vendor. They don't even know how to contact the companies they partner with! This is just a small sample of what I have gone through. After much research, that I did on my own, I managed to get a correct number for the vendor and spoke directly with them. I learned that my order will not ship for another 48hours at which time I will receive a written update. So unless you go into a local store to purchase something I would not shop at Bed Bath and Beyond. Their corporate needs to have their customer service handled IN THE USA! It's a nightmare dealing with individuals with limited understanding and command of the English language.
