No review does this place justice, but Ill try. Going to the dentist has always been my least favorite thing to do in the entire world. I put off going to the dentist for years and years. This is the first dental office Ive ever LOVED. Quick, painless, and super attentive to my comfort. After my appointment I was absolutely blown away with how pain free, easy, and affordable the entire process was. They answered all of my questions and gave me a few outstanding product recommendations. I can not praise this place highly enough! Thank you Affinity!

I scheduled an appointment about six weeks in advance to establish myself as a patient and get a cleaning. I had to change dentists due to my previous one no longer accepting my insurance. When I made the appointment, I gave them my insurance info and they confirmed they accepted it. I arrived to my appointment, began filling out the new patient paperwork, and the receptionist mentioned that my insurance might not cover x-rays depending on how long it had been since I last got them done. I thought it had been over a year since my previous dentist did them, so I said it should be fine. The receptionist rolled her eyes and said for the full x-rays, they are only covered every 3 to 5 years. She said I either needed to pay out of pocket for them or call my previous dentist and have them send over my x-rays. She said she was telling me as a "courtesy." I told her it would have been nice if they had told me this beforehand, so I could've called my former dentist and had it all handled. That would have been courteous. Instead, I was sitting in their waiting room with my infant daughter and dad who came to watch her, trying to get ahold of my old dentist. They were on lunch break for the next hour. Plus, they usually want you to sign a release of records, so it's not something that could've been done instantaneously. I asked the receptionist if I could just get a cleaning and get the x-rays next time. She said they would not see me without full x-rays, but that I could pay out of pocket. The whole point of dental insurance is that they cover cleanings and x-rays, so I left. I've already scheduled an appointment with another dentist, who told me upfront to have my x-rays sent over and they would handle the insurance so I wouldn't be paying anything out of pocket. The receptionist was unprofessional and unwelcoming, continually rolling her eyes at me for asking clarifying questions. I would not recommend this office at all. It was a huge waste of time.

This place is a 5-star diamond. ALL the staff is very pleasant to speak with. Affinity is extremely accommodating, professional, polite, personal, and fun. They remove any anxiety with a complete care approach. This is the place if looking for a dental care. The staff and location should be cloned.

This place is phenomenal. The staff always makes me feel warm and welcome. They also have great personalities which is really nice to walk in on after a long day of work and then somebody has to clean your teeth. Lol. I recommend this Office for many many reasons- as a teacher there was a dentist locally that took it Upon themselves to charge a person $75 if you missed an appointment. This was during Covid. I was extremely offended. As a teacher a lot of us are looking for good dentist. And I think this place is top-notch
