Consignment process is unorganized and I was "chastised" because I didn't get there to pick up my payment for sold items 3 months after I left them. I explained that I had recently had surgery and couldn't even drive (a friend took me there). By the way I was treated, I thought they weren't even going to pay me because I didn't come in within their time frame. Won't shop or consign there ever again.

Staff is extremely rude. I called the store with a question and the woman who answered the phone spoke over me half the conversation, had an overall nasty attitude and was a downright b*tch when I expressed my dissatisfaction with my previous purchasing experience since no one explained that all sales are final and returns are not permitted, and made it very clear she was not willing to assist me further. Even if I had raised my voice and been disrespectful (which I did none of) as an employee working in a customer service industry it's your job to assist customers in a polite way without being condescending and nasty. Don't waste your time or money.
