Furlongs auto repair

Called number, guy answers "hello". Wasn't sure I was calling a business, probably should have been my first red flag. I scheduled an appointment to come by after work but the shop was empty. When I left a message, I did not get a response. I called back the next day there was no apology; he was short with me and rude, asked me all the same questions as yesterday and said he wouldn't be able to help me. Then hung up on me. Work on your professionalism. EDIT: You wanna reply a year later? I came by when you told me to come by. If you weren't going to be available don't tell me to come by. And if you made a mistake and forgot that's fine too but don't be rude about it.

The speed of service that Furlongs offers is quite exceptional. I had various time estimates from various auto shops that promised service within the time frame of 3 to 5 days. The backlog is incredible for the popular, quality minded auto shops these days. However Furlongs exceeded my expectations with rapid solutions to a complex problem of a car broken down at a lube shop without an on-site mechanic that could competently attend to the issues at hand. Ken Furlongs and sons fixed all my problems and had the car up and running the very same day. They're definitely recommended in the world of auto service, maintenance, and repair. I had a first timer accident and hit a curb in my car. I went to a couple different shops and people kept saying what they could fix or trying to offer me 3rd party sales. Furlongs came through and straightened out the tire arm for me. They also have good references for anything they cannot do themselves. I was quoted a decent price and the guys followed through.
