      image Juan is an excellent service advisor and went above and beyond with the service he provided, giving me updates as soon as possible and working on the service bill with me. Not Juan's fault, but the dealership definitely needs to manage its technicians better or hire more - dropped my vehicle and it took 2 days before techs laid eyes on my vehicle

      image My check engine light came on one Saturday morning, and I begrudgingly visited the Service scheduling site. There was no way an appointment would be available same day! Lo and behold there was! Chris at Hyundai was my Service Advisor. He remembered who I was and the issue I had been having with my car before. This made it so easy! I was able to get it fixed, an oil change, AND my interior vacuumed. I have never been able to resolve a check engine light the day it came on. Insane. Way to go Chris and Crown Hyundai! :)
