Just another "check the box" type pf veteran evaluation appointment, The audiologist did't introduce herself, I had to ask her name after being seated in the sound booth !! Look, I'm not expecting much as its a one time thing. I do expect as a patient to have a simple at best interaction...

I was referred here from my ENT and Im glad she did. As soon I walked in, I was greeted and checked in. Once I was called back, the lady was so nice. She could probably tell I was nervous but she talked me through it. And because she was so easy to talk to, we discovered more symptoms. She listened to me and made me feel I wasnt alone with my sudden hearing loss. I forgot to get her name and when I came back, she was with her next patient. Thank you so much for listening to me and making me feel comfortable.

I was on vacation when my hearing aid failed. I called my audiologist at Boys Town Research hospital to ask what to do. She referred me to Hear here. Thank You so much for your friendly service!

I've been to many audiologists, and think that this is the best group of hearing aid practitioners I've ever met. Hands down, simply the best.
