I cannot say enough good things about Russell Winer and his office. He personally responded to all of my questions, calls, and emails regarding my mothers estate in a timely manner. He walked me through each step of the estate process and kept me informed of every detail along the way. He was kind and professional and offered advice for a separate legal matter pertaining to my mothers passing. Russell was my Daughters Court Appointed Lawyer for 24 years. During this time Russell worked with my Daughters Court Appointed Guardian. Together we were a Team for my Daughter who was very medically needy. He guided us through things that Legally had to be done. During some tough times he was right on top of whatever needed to be done. He helped me make to plans for my Daughters Funeral making sure it was a Trust. Russell Winer is an excellent real estate/probate attorney! Mr. Winer was able to solve all the probate issues on my Mothers FL real estate property which resulted in a successful sale and distribution to my siblings.
