We were told about this business by a neighbor. Our washer was giving us a lot of problems, so we took a ride over. Within 5 minutes of walking through the door, we found what we were looking for. We set up a time and date for delivery, and they picked up our old washer as well, all at no extra charge. Delivery was fast and easy, and the 2 gentlemen who showed up were very professional and friendly. It was an excellent experience overall, I would highly recommend!

Fantastic service! From my phone call to Rhonda to set up service to the quick response of their service technician. I would receive a phone call every time the technician was scheduled and on his way. They had to order parts and it was very quick to receiving the parts to final repair. All within a few days. The technicians were very friendly and informative and the customer service was top notch. Its hard today to find great customer service and it was a pleasure to have American Appliances handle my repair. Thank You
