Lakeshore Apartments

I've been a resident here for just over a year, and love this place. Tucked away behind the mall in a great neighborhood, it's very peaceful and overlooks a lake. Our apartment is a good size for a two bedroom, two bath. There's an elevator which is very handy, especially when I come back from grocery shopping, and there's also a swimming pool and onsite laundry.

I've lived here for a few years and truly adore this lovely apartment complex and surrounding area. It's at a fantastic location, with businesses right around the corner. The mall, movie theater, and trail are within walking distance.  Outside the apartment, the view of the pool and the lake with ducks and turtles is breathtaking. You'll feel as if you're in a tropical paradise.

Have lived here for almost a year now and absolutely love the apartment and neighbood. Very friendly neighbors and wonderful view of the lake and pool. Few bugs here and there, but I take it into my own hands to spray the apartment myself.

Air conditioning filters are not supplied which is fine but the bugs. The cockroaches are unbelievable it's nasty. They don't spray! Should be done and should never have that big of a problem! The people I stayed with are clean sorta but not bad enough where you leave one dirty spoon and 10-20 cockroaches are all over it in themiddle of the night. They even crawl on you while you're sleeping. Ugh! Worse than the last hotel on crack street!
