Nice new apartment complex with good amenities, nice gym and pool. 2 issues 1. They dont have moving carts so good luck lugging all your stuff in manually 2. The lobby and gym are constantly sprayed with what I can only describe as baby powder smell, and its SO strong. It smells like you get cancer just walking through it. I dont think any of your residents consented to be sprayed with poison everyday. Bring back fresh air

Great job by Ricky who fixed my air conditioning unit before 9AM! Hes always super nice and helpful. He stops and says hi to everyones dogs. We call him the dog whisperer!

930 is an absolutely beautiful building in a great location. The team working there was great. I was especially impressed with Corey who was super knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had. I will definitely recommend this building to anyone I know who is looking to move to St Pete.
