I love living at Hermitage and really must recognize Kelly who is warm, welcoming, super knowledgeable and has an overall love for the community that you can actually feel! The staff is great and we have an incredible community with AMAZING kitchens! So glad I moved here! Excellent DTSP location with beautiful city views!

There are some despicable ppl who are managing this place and even taking over our public sidewalks as if they were theirs..These are the ppl ruining The Berg!

Love living at Hermitage! I have been a resident for four years. Ive taken advantage of their services including the renting the entertainment room for a bridal shower. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. The maintenance representative, Ricardo Gonzalez, is so personable and efficient. Love the location and amenities!

Me and my fiance have lived at the Hermitage for one year. It has an excellent location (downtown) with tons of fun spots that are easily walkable. It is very pet friendly, has helpful leasing staff, and has the best rooftop pool! But with the good, comes a little bad. One of the maintenance guys is misogynistic and sexist (told me that women are better served in the kitchen in front of my fiance). There was a period of 3-5 months where mandatory maintenance had to happen every 2 weeks. I work from home so this was super inconvenient. The worst part is being woken up by false fire alarms. It happens so often that people have stopped leaving for these emergencies. Unfortunately, complaining gets you nothing as management is not willing to give any concessions for these disruptions. Overall, we enjoyed our time as its all about excellent location for us!

I wanted to take a moment to share my amazing experience at Hermitage, I was greeted with such amazing hospitality from the moment I arrived, a little confused as I booked my apartment through an outside source, Kellys heart warming personality, willingness to help, and comforting energy made a lasting impression on me, in the following days I had such trouble with getting packages to me as I made a mistake in my new address and Kira, went out of her way, to track down the ups courier, and get my packages, she went above and beyond to help by doing that and calling me, and then Monika an angel, who also helped me with my package debacle, gift holding my additional packages, letting me know when they arrived, and being just in general a warmth in light at the front desk, while my stay at hermitage wasnt that long, it was the front desk staff that made me want to consider moving there when I am in at Pete full time. The building in itself had such an overall friendly vibe and evry person I met in the elevator, greeted me with a smile. I truly would give Hermtiage 10,000s just for the front desk being TOP TIER in every way. I also would like to note, that what I noticed in the moments when I passed by was that all the team members Kelly Monika and Kira said hi to everyone BY NAME! Can you imagine the building is HUGE and they take the time to greet you and know you, the truly are special and I cannot thank them enough for helping me with my packages and creating a warm, welcoming, comfortable environment
