UPDATE!!! 12/10/2023 - RUNNNN!!! Do NOT rent here! Please see new video for continuing termite infestation as well as severe mold issue that was NEVER properly taken care of. Thank God I will be running out of here once our lease ends at the end of the month! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This is literally the worst apartment complex l've ever lived in!!! I was just notified today that they will not be renewing my lease even though I pay my rent every month EARLY!! They are now retaliating since l've complained about the excessive roach & termite problem in every single room in addition to MOLD!!! Termites even eating away at the public elevator, and now mold in all of the vents that my family was breathing for months! If you dare complain, then the way they retaliate is by not renewing your lease, even though you get along with all of your neighbors perfectly. Laundromats always dirty full of dog hair not cleaned! What a disgusting way to do business. Just see all of the comments below where people writing the same thing over and over about how disgusting this apartment complex and management system is! Very sad that instead of taking care of the apartment as they should, they kick people out to try and keep them quiet! SEE MOLD AND ROACH VIDEOS BELOW!! They are bully's!! No matter what the management company writes under this review, just know that they are lying, and that they have not taken care of the termite, mold, or roach infestation!!

I spoke on the phone with Leasing Professional Miriam Humphrey and she was very communicative and willing to work with me to find my next home! Her professionalism and customer service skills were on par. I was very satisfied getting further information to move-in!
