Beacon 430 Apartment Homes

Lived her for 6 months while looking for a house in St Pete. Staff was excellent to work with. Units are spacious and the location great. We had a great experience and highly recommend the Beacon 430.

Noah the maintenance supervisor is fantastic!! He went above and beyond fixing some things in my apartment and even moved some of my belongings back into their proper place (without me asking) after he was done working on parts of my apartment. He was so friendly, efficient and helpful. The leasing office staff (Debbie, Mark, Beverly and Adrianna) are also so friendly and always super helpful. Beacon 430 is so lucky to have these great people on property to help residents!!

Lived at beacon the past 2+ years. Overall it was a great all around experience. Management was friendly, helpful, and the pool is awesome. My favorite feature that makes Beacon unique is that you can park on the floor you live on. There is a garage level for each of the 4 levels of the building. Great location. If youre like me and dont want to live in a high rise, and still want to live in a downtown luxury apartment- this is your best option.
