Wow, this company came out to give a second opinion which was previously quoted for 1800. Come to find out the repair which is under warranty will only cost about a third of the company. To top it all off they give discounts to teachers which helped when committing to the maintenance plan. We will use Midsouth from here on out.

Mike came our to my house and he was very professional and courteous. He explained what was wrong with the A/C unit and the cost to repair it. He was very reasonable and did great work. Highly recommend.

Mike came out to install a smart thermost and did a great job. He was professional and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his company for your AC needs.

Mike did an excellent job relocating 2 A/C units to the side of the home so we could install the pool of our dreams!!! He was responsive after needing to gather additional information since we moved to a new community and was able to come out the very next day. The units are level are even working better than before (new house and not balanced well). We will call Mike for additional work needed after our recording studio is built, it’s a new room needed A/C. Mike is very knowledgeable, honest, hard working, and no one can beat the quality of work vs price!! We also appreciate & respect they provide to our Military Veterans (my husband) and by offering a military discount. Don’t wait or get overcharged by A/C companies any longer!! Let Mike know you saw this review for a discount!! 👍
