        There was a last minute request (after payment was received) for a professional boat inspection, conducted by an authorized dealer (of sorts) that had not been previously discussed. This would have been a hardship to acquire and a nightmare to submit, given the timeline. Angie, with professionalism and courtesy, got it fixed ASAP. Thanks Angie!
