Mavis Tires & Brakes

Cons: the price I paid did not match what the website said I would pay, there was a $100 difference. My tires weren't inflated to the manufacturer recommended cold temperature, they were 8 psi off. The new tires came scuffed, even now after cleaning. One of the tires came back without a valve stem cover. Pros: staff seemed nice and the service was prompt with appointment. Given the cons, I will go to another tire company in the future and cannot recommend Mavis to friends, family, and neighbors.

2 tows got it to the repair shop then house. Wife had to ask the I guess manager where do they want the car dropped. then after several attempts could not get cat into bay we all pushed and helped except manager he watched then said can't repair car when can't get in bay and that the tow truck driver should have done that part. Then said is a $4,000 repair. Then handed in writing $2,600 labor repair bill now $6,000. This is called I'm not saying hello I'm I'm not introducing myself and I don't want to repair your car price. The rest of the staff super above and beyond gave there best. I can understand was difficult the main bothersome was the coldness of the the one fellow.

I stopped in last week for a flat tire with no appointment, they got me in and out in less than an hour. I was given a great price and even better customer service. I highly recommend
