Someone from this firm made an unsolicited sales call to me this morning. After stating that I am in a bit of rush and trying to get back to work (I had to pickup a sick child from school) he proceeded to launch into sales question calls as if nothing were said. I hung up. He immediately called back. I hung up again. He called back again and left a passive aggressive message about how they just wanted to ask if they could help with something and advising me to slow down and enjoy life. So now that I have a few moments, I thought I would. Ya'know - I'd expect that kind of seedy sales tactic from a big corporate sales office, but I literally live down the street and a few blocks away. My advice back - be sincere, be respectful.

Steve helped us choose a realistic selling price for our house. His team aggressively marketed the house with potential buyers and open houses for a lot of foot traffic. The house sold in 15 days for full asking price. I highly recommend Steve and his team.
