Where should I begin with Melissa and her real estate team and services? Friendly. Professional. Knowledgeable. Expedient. I could go on but I'll skip the other 12 adjectives I have in mind to highlight Melissa's Osceola Advantage. She knows Osceola County so well that hiring her puts you at an advantage. She priced our home to sell perfectly and it contracted within two weeks. Her fix up strategy was spot on: solid enough for buyers to notice but not taxing my wallet or patience. She also creatively suggested a pricing strategy that met both our needs and attracted our buyer. It was a brilliant move on her part. We are thankful we entrusted our 20 yr old home to Melissa and you will be too.
