As a first-time homebuyer I'm beyond upset with the experience had here with Movement Mortage. My faith and trust were put into them, and the lack of communication was utterly insane to me. The amount of work I've done to be able to make my deal work was all done for nothing. Communication needs to be better as some people fail to realize first time homebuyers aren't in this industry everyday so communicating is the only way to understand the process and ensure a smooth closing. But i didn't get that. Highly unpleased with services and do not recommend.

1st time homebuyer here. Nelson was recommended by another lender who wasnt able to secure financing at the rates estimated. Nelson was able to get us clear to close in 15 days at half a percentage lower than any of the estimates we received and $8k less in cash to close. Even the insurance broker they recommended was much better than any others we got estimates from. Nelson, Valeria, and the whole Movement Mortgage team were top notch and we wouldnt be in our new home now if not for them.

Nelson's attention to our loan, his handling and care towards our concerns and fears provided incredible peace. He was always willing and able to listen and when we had question he always provided the answers, even when he had to get back to us and to top it all off, he never forgot to call us back and was incredibly fast throughout this process. Thank you Nelson, you provided much needed peace during this process!

Nelson was able to help us secure a loan in lightning speed as we needed to buy a home very fast due to the wild market. He was upfront and clear about what we needed to do to pull off what felt impossible and he was able to make it happen! Even with the added pressure of our situation he handled us calmly and with assurance and was a consummate professional every step of the way. Theres really no better choice for a loan officer besides him in my opinion!
