I have a very old expensive ring with 32 framing’s and a 30+ CT sapphire I needed an appraisal. Made the appointment for Dec 6th at 10am for cleaning and 11 am for appraiser to arrive. Got there on the dog and they told me the appraiser would arrive by 2. Told me to leave the ring and come back. Was given a ticket and left. Got a call five minutes in transit up the road stating that the appraiser won’t be there til next week! I immediately turned around and jumped out of the car without the little ticket number. I said I want my Ring back Was given a hard time because I left ticket in car. They gave me my ring back. Also they said over the phone $150 for appraisal. When I got there. They said $165 I don’t trust them Went to Morrero’s I trust them Run from this outfit
