So hard to get someone on the phone at this location. When the policy changes for various reasons, you can't get answers as to why the rate is increased. Why do I pay more monthly with a new car as well as "policy changes" that add more fees to the increased rate? Call the toll-free number, much better service. State Farm itself is decent when dealing with accidents. That's my extra star.
