        Such wonderful women to work with, the owner gave me her personal cell phone number to message inspiration photos for my son and his girlfriends prom and she did an amazing job. I cannot wait to see them all dressed up with his boutonnire and her posey bouquet! She even gave my 2 toddlers a little flower that they carried around and cherished! Definitely will be back for the rest of my floral arrangement needs!

        Order looks nothing like website. Sure they have a disclaimer saying things might be substituted but you be the judge from the photos. Will never use again. $150 for something I could pick up from Publix. Update: I never asked for a refund or anything in return. They went ahead and refunded my money. Decided to take back the arrangement after delivering it. Again I never asked for a refund or a swap. Just informing future customers how unprofessional this has turned out. Very unfortunate situation. This was just my experience please make your own decisions.

      Anthony, I am sorry that you feel that way. We have reported you because you posted publicly personal information like names and phone numbers as well as misinformation.We delivered a beautiful, fresh arrangement early as requested, with as much similarity as nature allows us to do. Flowers are a natural, perishable product and will never look the same as in a picture. That's why we have wonderful people at the shop to design a beautiful arrangement with the fresh blooms we have available at the time of your order.You gave us 10min after delivery a very bad 1 star rating stating you were absolutely not happy and would never order from us again.We tried several times to reach you to find a solution, you refused contact. That's when we decided to step away from this sale, give you a full refund and bring back the arrangement. This is to protect myself, my family and my business.We gave you plenty of time, had you informed about every step of the way and you still refused contact.After I brought back the flowers, that's when you decided to answer and stated that she loved the arrangement, and you would not have wanted it to be taken back. But why did you decide to publicly shame my business and our work if she loved it? You are more than welcome to order flowers anywhere else in the future, thank you.
