Starbucks

Stopped at Starbucks on irlo Bronson in Kissimmee on our way to east coast. Our drinks had a very funky taste but we didn't realize something was wrong until we had already drive away. We didn't want to turn around so we stopped at this location and explained it to the Manager Sherry. Without hesitation she immediately said "no problem we will take care of that". Thank you so much Sherry for your help. You are our new go to on our way to the east coast.

Terrible. The worst staff. It seems to be a trend with Starbucks these days. Rude, lazy, entitled, weird people. Prices are a bit too high for such terrible service. This one store is new and started off good but now is absolutely terrible. Everyone is so rude.

I mistakenly order my drink from another Starbucks. I went to the one where I thought I sent it to. I showed the gentleman my order and profusely apologized that I had ordered it on accident to a further one that I due to go to. He was so great and understanding. Its been a crappy week. So with his understanding and kindness really meant a lot. I wish I would have caught his name. If it helps the manager for this location, he had (I think) red hair and glasses and it was around 8:40 this morning. Once again, thank you sir for understanding that my mom brain was all over the place and you made my drink for me with no issue.
