Juan Diaz was the preowned sales person we were connected with regarding a vehicle they had available online. He was very rude and condescending during two conversations we had with him. He insisted that he could not give us a quote unless we gave him a copy of our drivers license and tried to pressure us by saying they had two people there, waiting to buy the vehicle that we were calling about, I would not recommend dealing with this dealership at all

The truth is I would like not to give this rating, but it took almost 3 hours just to change the oil in my car, it is unacceptable, when in other places they do it in 30 minutes, all the customers today were angry just like me...so If you don't want to take 3 hours, go somewhere else.

I came to them on the 7th of November. After a little conversation with a young salesman, he asked to take a photocopy of my driver's license, which I refused. I offered him my name, phone number and email. Then he apparently went to talk to his boss who came and was quite rude. He asked me to leave and come back when I was ready to talk to them. I have worked in sales all my life and run three companies. I have never met another person like this. They didn't even find a car for me so why do they need all this information. They write on their website (A friendly team, and Professional service at every step of the way) haha, they do not live up to those expectations. I had a very negative reception that I don't think the management of this company would accept. This man would not be allowed to work for me. There are more car dealerships that would be happy to have my business. I am a good customer who does not like this kind of behavior. It's so funny the sales manager had already judged me.

Did a great job getting me a key copy and made sure it was working before finalizing the order. Great customer service. Very friendly.

Yesenia Fonseca, was excellent as a sales agent. I was interested to buy a pickup truck and she went on a hunt across the lot trying to make it happen for me to get my truck but it didnt happen so I was going to leave the dealership and she recommended me to take a look at a more updated Hyunday sonata than the one I was driving, so I did and felt in love with the car right away. Thank you, Yesenia and keep up the great work.
