Worst company, paid almost $5000.00 for new AC unit n 2 years later stopped working now 2.5 years later again motor stopped ,different issue this time ,feel like used parts were used, nice ,were in our 70s my husband has COPD in Florida with no AC , thank u Huffs

Wow! I cant get over the quality of service I received! Turned out I needed a replacement part in my a/c unit and fortunately that one piece was in stock and installed the next day. The telephone reception is well organized and the service fellow was friendly and efficient. Way more than I expected in todays industry. Thank you Huffs

We have had this company in prior years and have been happy with the service. Not this time. The tech was supposed to call my husband so we could get our neighbor to let him in the house. We didnt get a call before, during or after the service call which was a Wednesday. The only communication was an email invoice stating the ac was cooling. We have a nest thermostat and could see the house just kept getting warmer. Thursday my husband called the company and had a few questions and asked to have a different tech come out to fix and or diagnose the problem. Friday morning the owner called very early and after my husband expressed our concerns and questions the owner said Ill cancel the invoice and you can find someone else to help you! Fast forward to another company and the photo attached is what he found. New capacitor and wires actually connected and voil the ac is cooling the house. I am shocked at the lack of professional common courtesy and customer service. If I could give no stars I would.
