We have hosted wedding for 5 of 6 of our children at different venues and cities. The Crystal Ballroom in St. Augustine, FL was by far the best experience for ourselves and our guests and was very cost competitive when compared to other venues. The room was beautiful, large and impressive, yet intimate in terms of lighting and decoration. Our event coordinator, Jordan, cared for all details and vendors beautifully, and orchestrated all aspects of our event professionally and without issue. The staff at the CB were all extremely polite and professional. Our guests were so very pleased, and our bride and groom and their wedding party had an unparalleled experience. The venue is close to hotel and condo accommodations, and the grounds surrounding the venue are beautifully manicured. We would like to extend our most sincere appreciation to the Crystal Ballroom for an absolutely fantastic event.

Were so happy weve selected The Crystal BallRoom St. Augustine as our venue for our wedding. All staff; from management to cleaning staff, provided us excellent customer services. The Crystal BallRoom was so helpful, understanding, passionate, professional, & caring with us from the time we signed the contract until after the wedding. Carlie, thank you for being excellent wedding coordinator. Youve always made sure we were happy with everything and stress free. Especially on our wedding day. Carlie, you was like our superwoman. For example, You fix my pants, you was willing to go get some apps when our cater wasnt on time, you made sure my wife was happy with no stress, make sure everything was ran perfectly as we requested for our wedding, sent us some BTS videos after the wedding, etc. We can go on and on about you Carlie. Thank you so much! Gloria, thank you so much for making our vision come to reality. We love the fact you hungry to do something different. Weeks later, you still have us and our guests like wow! That was a beautiful wedding. You and your team did an amazing job on the florist and decor (Were still waiting on our pictures, we will update this comment as soon as we receive them to show our beautiful wedding) . Alyssa, thank you so much. No need to describe, but you know. As we stated above, The Crystal BallRoom was the best choice. The only thing we were heartbroken about, my wife wedding dress bleed on the white crown chair seat and we had to pay $450. That was something we didnt expect to happen on the chair and out of our control. We really wish they waived it knowing nothing else was damage or wrong during the walk thru checkout. We needed that $450 lol!!

10/10 service from Crystal Ballroom St. Augustine! I live in Chicago, so Florida was a mini destination wedding for my husband and I. Kat gave me the best virtual venue tour I have ever experienced in my life. I literally felt like I was at the venue in person. When it came to the actual wedding, Carlie was the best Day of Coordinator I could ever ask for. She was so friendly, funny, and paid attention to every little detail. I felt like I got queen treatment all night because of how great Carlie was. CARLIE YOU ARE THE REAL MVP! My wedding was absolutely amazing because of these 2 women and I owe it all to them. Thank you Kat and Carlie for making my wedding a day I will never forget. 100% recommend this place. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the staff is unmatched!

If you are looking for a special place with a touch of magic, The Crystal Ballroom is it! We hosted our daughters Sweet 16 on 2/10/2024. We signed a contract with Kat on 12/29/2023. For having such short notice, the staff at the Crystal Ballroom delivered as if the had one year to plan. They were transparent about everything and there were no surprises. Additionally, it was totally stress free and you cant put a price tag on that! Our day of event coordinator Jordan and she was exceptionally amazing. She made sure everything was perfect. I honestly could not have asked for anything to be different or better. Thank you Jordan! I am so grateful we decided to go with The Crystal Ballroom. Everyone on staff was so professional! Our DJ was amazing as well as our photographer Carlee and our videographer Trey. We look forward to hosting other special events at the Crystal Ballroom. Thank you to everyone at the Crystal Ballroom. We will remember this special day for the rest of our lives. It was truly magical!!
