Was hoping for a decent experience, ended up with an excellent experience. From the first call to the last they were prompt and courteous. Even had a final walk through with the owner that found a minor imperfection that I insisted wasn't an issue, he brought crew back out and completely redid the wall. The owner Michael Farrell of One Restore after calling his company he swiftly and personally came out to one of my rental properties that had severe water damage to the home. He completely took charge of the situation and made me feel very comfortable as well as create a peace of mind of his complete knowledge & professionalism of the step by step approach of what his company does to provide above and beyond customer service. One Restore did just that. I was completely impressed again when the work was completed.
