My wife and I got our first financed car from here in 2018 and I am just now getting around to writing a review. Coming back five years after the fact and write a review should give some indication of the level of service we received. We bought a Ford Focus from Glenn Hand ( I still have his card, don't know if he is still there) and he was awesome. He advised us to get gap coverage which was one of the best pieces of general advice we have received to date. The car was just as good as the rest of the experience... until it was totaled. YAY FOR GAP COVERAGE. Although we didn't go back here to purchase our replacement it's only because we bought new.

If I had known 9 months ago what I know now... I would have been telling everyone who entered Olson Motors doors, RUN!!! What I thought was a great experience is truly a nightmare! I'm glad they closed and hope they never reopen.
