Our agent Helen listened to our wishes and turned them into a vacation of a lifetime. She provided us with options we didn't know we had and kept us organized from beginning to end. Our family was overwhelmed with the idea of planning a lengthy overseas vacation. She had all the knowledge we needed to make this a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

I had the good fortune of connecting with Helen after learning on a community bulletin board that she had helped others in my community. Upon connecting with her to plan out an international trip during the pandemic to a country we had never visited (Costa Rica, it was beautiful!), Helen was very helpful in asking the right questions about what we were looking for on the trip (scenery, lodging, tours, transit, air travel, and on and on). Upon providing her some ideas, she proposed two fantastic itineraries within a couple days and took care of every detail upon our commitment. She set us up with beautiful hotels, super friendly tour companies and representatives, apps to download and protocols to follow to make traveling during the pandemic seamless, and much, much more! I can't say enough about the exceptional service that Helen provided and we couldn't be more thankful for the great memories. We have already enlisted her service for our next trip and referred her to a couple friends. Thanks for all your help, Helen!
