        Infested with Rats that used my couch as a bathroom. Water intrusion ruined my belongings and corporate offered nothing more than an apology because I signed. Awful corporate management and the team on property is trying to work with what they got but arent backed up by corporate.

        I do like the storage facility and I appreciate the management there. I do not like the fact that they send out no bills and not even a reminder if you happen to miss the payment on the first, but as soon as the fifth midnight, they generate correspondence immediately. With late fee and bill it would be nice to get a monthly bill

      Thank you for your review, Mr. Reddish. It is unfortunate you feel you had such a poor experience at U-Stor Rabbit Hill. This type of situation, while extremely uncommon, is the reason we make certain our tenants understand from the outset that it is their responsibility/choice to obtain insurance for belongings. We do have pest control service every few weeks, and we always treat the storage units when tenants move out. We are saddened that you feel the way you do, and we wish you the very best in the future.

While we do not send out bills, we do call everyone who has not paid their bill a day or two before a late fee will be applied, in the hopes it will remind customers to pay before their payment is late and an additional fee applied. If this doesn't work for you, please consider setting up an auto draft on the same day every month or a bill pay at your bank. Thank you for being a loyal U-Stor customer and for your business.
