Matt is the best! We are new to the area and upon meeting Matt we felt very comfortable. We told Matt what we were looking for and with his knowledge of the area and patience with us he found us our forever home. We have worked with other real estate agents in the past but no one like Matt. He is easy to get a hole of and returns call/messages promptly. We were ready to go into contract on a house we thought was perfect until Matt called saying that he found one more house for us to look at that he felt was a better fit for us and exactly what we were looking for and it was.
