We got really unlucky that such a nice home was managed by such a poor company. Avoid these scammers at all cost. We moved out 4 months early, paid an early termination fee, and STILL had to pay rent, and electricity (which was clearly in heavy use even thought the home was supposedly vacant) up to the very end of our original lease. They even tried to get us keep paying for lawn services. To top it off we didnt even get half of our deposit back as discussed, they threw some bogus charges on there just to squeeze a bit more out of their poor tenants. For your own good steer clear.

Margherite Myers, Very unprofessional, scheduled a showing at my home and canceled 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment. Having a five-year-old and a seven months pregnant wife, this is very inconsiderate!

Dealing with Davidson Property management has been a nightmare. They are not honest, manipulative and bully renters. It was not disclosed that there is black mold in my condo and they haven't fixed in correctly in two years. They placed a lock box on my door without my permission while still living there and now are demanding after I moved out that the unit be cleaned by "there" people because the people I hired didn't meet their standard! This company is very difficult to communicate with and are not forthcoming. They lack integrity and would do my research before hiring them. Stay away if your looking for professionals.
