This is our second experience with Burney's and they were fantastic on both occasions! We had an issue with our septic (step) tank late yesterday evening and called first thing this morning assuming we would probably have to wait for someone to come out. A super sweet girl answered the phone and was so great! She said she would definitely get someone out today, but couldn't promise when. I don't think it was even an hour later that someone arrived. Super friendly guy, found the issue quickly (it wasn't just full!), repaired it and saved the day ... and even saved us some money! Two things that stand out- 1. They show up. 2. They are super efficient and honest. It's hard to find that in any industry these days! We will definitely use them again and recommend that if you need septic tank service, you call Burney's first.
