Union Home Mortgage

When you're buying a new home, you really need to trust your loan officer. Donna continually came through for us time and time again. Let me share a few details: My wife had recently started a new business, so her income couldn't be used for our loan. Our debt to income level was pretty good, but we had an opportunity to qualify for a better loan if we could do everything in our power to hit a specific %. This is where Donna becomes the rockstar. Though her advice and guidance, we needed to zero out all credit cards and plan to pay off an auto loan. As the dust began to settle and the real numbers began to come in, our debt to income was still too high. She took the time to review the numbers, and thought our insurance quote could be a little lower. She took the lead, spoke with our broker, and had a new policy written up based the property and our needs. (Also saving us almost 50%!) We hit our target and qualified exactly where we needed to be. We were a little bummed our insurance broker hadn't presented additional options, but Donna took charge and really made everything happen for us. Thanks Donna.
